Good bunch of workers here, got me sorted. Kwik fit always costs a little more, but got me out of a tight spot.
I bought my car to this branch for a service. Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience. Firstly, when I received my key back the pin was gone and the key no longer functioned properly when it was working fine before being handed over to the staff. When contacting customer services they advised they could not do anything for me. So I’ve now got to fork out a lot of money to purchase a new key as mine was broke by the staff at Kwik fit Longbridge. Further more I was advised the car needed more than a £1000 of repairs, including 2 new tyres, break pads, break discs, break oil, when taken for a second opinion I was advised none of this was actually needed for the vehicle. The staff didn’t explain the advisories well either. But my main annoyance is the fact my key is broken, and Kwik fit customer service are refusing to take responsibility for this even though it was fine before being given to the staff.
Excellent customer service from start to finish. When I called my local branch in Longbridge to explain my situation of having a completely flat tyre and having to be towed, staff listened well, informed me that they had a large number of tyres in stock, and were very accommodating by agreeing to fit me in once my car was towed to the branch. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was happy with the new tyre put on and the checks carried out on the other tyres. Overall I received a really good service.
Professional and knowledgeable staff. Went in for a battery check without a pre-booked appointment. Ray was very helpful, he checked and changed my car battery all in under 30 minutes. Great service, would highly recommend this branch.
This is my local Kwik Fit and the service is simply 1st class. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable too. It does go quite busy at certain times of the day. That goes to show it’s a popular branch. I would highly recommend.

These guys are brilliant! I’ve been to them twice recently and they’ve been very helpful, quick response and sorted cars out promptly. Had to take my sons car to them after Halfords Autocentre kept it for 8 days and not communicating with us. Colin at Kwik Fit sorted it within 24 hours, MOT’d tested, quoted, parts ordered, fixed and through it’s MOT. I will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you guys.
