It’s not easy to find a garage you can trust, but SH Auto definitely delivers honest and reliable service. I’ll be coming back again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality car repairs or servicing.

   An auto repair/servicing garage that delivers quality at an affordable price. Upon recommendation I used this garage because my Bentley is more special to me than the cash cow garages with the obligatory Bentley logo and accompanying prices. I will definitely return again. You only pay for what is necessary.

   Reception staff were nice.Mechanic called Adrian rude and interupted my conversation with reception.paid for diagnostic literally told cant help you come and pick your car up.On collection i was given a print out with no explanation.so i took my car to another garage and they said that diagnosis print out given to me was terrible ,each to there own but i will never use s h autos again

   The worst customer service I've ever experienced. When my car broke down it was recovered to SH Autos as recommended by the AA. The only contact they had with me was for a minimum of £140+vat to do a diagnostic test which had already been done by the AA, SH Autos already had the AA report. I eventually removed my car after it had been with them for twelve days, without them making any effort to repair the problem.. They informed me they had vehicles that had been with them longer than mine but they were still taking in work from the AA knowing they were unable to do any work on those vehicles for several weeks. I for one will never be going there again and I'd advise people to look at other local garages when they need their vehicles worked on.
