   Great experience. All staff professional and helpful. Booked in for MOT. Was offered a drink twice whilst I waited. Mechanic spoke to me about work that needed doing. I mentioned it needed service but was waiting to book in with Toyota as it had to be done there for the warranty. He explained that wasn't true and that he could complete the service. I left the car with them, they completed the work needed and the service that same day. It was cheaper too.

   Excellent service, polite, knowledgeable, communicated well. As a female customer i often leave garages unsure if they are trying to hoodwink me into unnecessary work, but that couldn't be further from how i felt, there was no hard sell for advisory repairs. I left feeling i had been given time and space to think, but armed with a costings should i want to.proceed. Thank you very much.

   We recently repaired a water main service for Woodyard Bromsgrove Garage and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team were spot-on — friendly, helpful, and made sure we were well looked after (special thanks to Sparky the dog!). Even though we gave them 30 days to pay, they settled straight away — says a lot about how they run their business. After seeing how they work and speak to customers, it’s clear they care about doing things right and earning repeat business.    After experiencing a knocking noise on my car i phoned Marlbrook garage to see if they could investigate it for me. The mechanic quickly identified the problem and gave me a quote to fix the issues. While i was there I enquired about a service and was told could service and fix the issues with my car right there and then. The quote for the work and a fixed price service were very reasonably priced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and as a women going into a garage on my own i didn’t feel like i was getting ripped off like i have with other garages. I would highly recommend this family run garage and will be taking my car back there in the future. Thankyou Marlbrook garage

   Very Rude and bad attitude owner. Overpriced MOT repair!!! I had the work done elsewhere. When called back to re book re test he was swearing on the phone. Very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommended this garage at all. Ive been driving for 17 years and have never come across a garage like this. I picked the car up after re test and on New MOT had another problem saying needed fixing ASAP don’t understand why this was not picked up before on first MOT I WOULD AVOID!!!!!!
