   Beautiful clothes and a lovely shop, but the customer service at the Northcote Road location was very disappointing. I was planning to buy family Christmas pyjamas after seeing them available online, but as I was concerned they might not arrive in time for Christmas, I decided to visit the shop instead. Unfortunately, on arrival the sales assistants did not seem interested in helping or engaging, which was quite off-putting. As no assistance was offered, I ended up leaving the shop empty-handed.

   Lovely products, poor / no available customer service with missing order. I ordered a gift five days ago and paid for one day delivery. I’ve received an update from DPD that there’s an unknown delay with my order and cannot get in touch with anyone at Mori to sort it out. I’ve tried the online chat bot (not helpful) and tried to file a support ticket (no reply or any record of a ticket being created). Unfortunately, there’s no other way to get in touch and the stores don’t even have phones.

   I love everything about this company, from the buttery soft fabrics to the amazing customer service. Every product purchased has been such brilliant quality, never shrinking, or losing softness or color when washed. When my package was once lost in the mail they responded within 12 hours snd sent a replacement. Could not recommend Mori more!

   I love baby MORI. Their clothes are so soft and such good quality. They are on the expensive side but they are worth it. We also have the clever sleeping bag and it’s cosy, safe and a long term investment. Highly recommended, can’t fault them as a company, I am a loyal customer and shall continue to be!

   Really nice high quality products, the sleep club is a great idea too. I’ve ordered online twice and both times one item in the order ended up being out of stock. Kay in the support team was really prompt and communicated clearly, can’t really fault them as it was well handled.

   On first impressions the clothing is beautiful, soft, well made and feels premium. Unfortunately using one of the body suits proved otherwise, zip jammed the first time when trying to take baby out and change his nappy and of course he was crying hysterically so had a to cut the suit up and get him out, don’t mind paying for premium but I expect premium. Also sizing is generally a bit off. Shame

   I bought a few pieces and the quality of the cotton was so nice. The two staff working there were so kind and helpful because I needed guidance for a newborn gift. The whole experience was good. Will definitely be back to get more gifts for friends.
