I"M deeply disappointed with the behaviour of the 2 member of staff at this store. We normally go to Chiswick branch but its closed and Today the 16th of November I called them to ask if they have scooter and they said they have some so, I went straight away arrived in the store round 10:40 am and I found one that i want to buy and I started asking them questions about the scooter because It was unfamiliar the one they have in store. The staff member at the counter seemed completely apathetic and barely made eye contact. When I had a simple question about an item, the response was short and unhelpful I asked if the scooter was foldable as it feels very wabbling , One of the lady started to explain few things but then she said please don't ask us any more questions they are gifts and we dont have the time to go in the website to check about the scooter if you wan find out yourself. So I start checking myself but I didn't find anything how to fold it . As I was with my baby I asked again to buy and leave as quick as possible . she said please I don't want to talk today my brain is not with me only my body is here she said. She told me she will ask her colleague from downstairs to come and explain to me but she never came up so I left the shop without buying it. Instead of her going down talking with her colleague for a while she could have explain it to me but she didn't not want to have any conversation with me . They have time to talk and gossip about work how tired they are and they are done they will leave soon but they dont have time to talk to customer very poor product knowledge, very rude ,unprofessional, and disrespectful behaviour. I will never go in to that store.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the behaviour of a staff member during my recent visit to your store, on Monday the 7th of April 2025 While I was in the toy section with my 3-year-old son, who is autistic and has limited speech, we were dealing with a small meltdown after explaining that a Paw Patrol garage was too large for us to take home. We were calmly looking for a smaller toy when another parent and child were also browsing and placing toys on the floor, seemingly to reserve them. At this point, a staff member—an Eastern European woman who came from downstairs—approached us in a rude and confrontational manner. Without assessing the situation, she said, “Listen guys, we have rules here,” while looking directly at my son, as if he was responsible for the toys on the floor. The other parent immediately clarified that the toys belonged to her and her daughter. My son was visibly distressed during all of this, and rather than showing any empathy, the staff member turned to him and sarcastically said, “Be my guest,” while gesturing towards the exit, essentially suggesting we leave the store. This kind of attitude is completely inappropriate—especially in a store meant for children and families. Her lack of understanding, empathy, and basic courtesy was shocking. My son deserves to be treated with kindness, not judgment, especially when he is clearly struggling. I hope you take this matter seriously and ensure that your staff receive proper training on how to interact with children and families, especially those with additional needs.

This is our favourite local charity shop. We always find something new here - be it children's clothes, toys or games. But our favourite part is the book section, you can sometimes find other language books which is fun! The staff is sweet. If they are not too busy, they always help us with selections.

This morning I dropped by to donate a collection of expensive toys in excellent condition. I went out of my way to do a good deed. I selected and packaged the best toys that I’m sure other children and families would appreciate. I drove all the way to this charity shop with the sole purpose of contributing to the charity cause. - only for my donation to be refused! Without even considering the contents, I was simply rejected and turned away as they have too many toys. - I was in shock as I never came across a charity refusing charity. Without even considering what I was offering. - I went further to check the prices of the toys they have on offer and they are ridiculously high! No wonder they’re not selling them.
