I was at a sample sale with my toddler and asked the staff if my son could have used the toilet. The answer was: "No. We do not allow toddlers to use the toilet today." Unfortunately there was no time to go anywhere else. Very disappointing for a children shop

I had a disappointing experience with Mini Rodini’s returns process. I sent items back through the proper channels at my own expense, but no refund was issued. Months later, when I went through my bank statements and chased them, they apologized and processed it straight away. I can’t help but feel that if I hadn’t noticed and followed up, I wouldn’t have been refunded at all. That’s not good enough, and I think people should be aware.
Best kids fashion shop in the area and arguably in London. Very friendly helpful staff, very high quality (tested by multiple unadvised tumble dries), incredible Colors and patterns that my kids adore and really wide selection of stuff that you can’t find in selfridges. Worth every penny. Good resale price too. Love that they have some archive clothing for sale in the back room. Thank you Mini Rodini - you make dressing up a toddler kids game:)

Absolute best kids clothing store in the country. The most comfortable clothing with such imaginative designs that kids WANT to wear. Also the manager of this store Rogerio, i cannot praise highly enough. He is so helpful, knowledgable and such a pleasure to deal with. He always goes above and beyond.
I came to London during Chirsmas time and I poped in the shop yesterday looking for some cute clothes for my nephew. All the crews are super nice and friendly especially Rogerio. He introduced me the brand, sizes clearly even I don’t speak English very well and recommended me a lovely sweater. Thank you so much! It would be amazing if the brand open a shop in my country. Fantastic shop!! It is our families favourite brand and location to shop. The selection of clothes are excellent and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting Rogerio who does a lot of the collaborations with the celebrities. He found some lovely outfits for our daughter and we are very thankful. If only there were 6 stars! Mini Rodini is fabulous, yes, but at the end of the day, a retail shop is only as good as its people. From my first visit to the store my toddler and I were made to feel at home. They welcomed her, offering immediately to close the shop door to the side wall so that she could run freely around the store. (Thoughtful!) They are personable, helpful and very kind. Rogerio is amazing at suggesting pieces for her knowing what I like, keeps you in the know for specials in London and will always hold a size for you to pick up. The team has made me even more loyal to the brand, and now I shop solely in store versus online. Obrigada!
