    Thank you so much to the kind mechanics for helping me when my tyre went flat whilst at the baby class next door with my little boy. They quickly and kindly pumped my tyre back up to allow me to get home safely at no charge. A good deed very much appreciated! X

    Have used this garage in the past with no problems. However I have attempted to get a quote for a gearbox service,and I was contacted by Pyms, who told me I did not turn up for two previous appointments. I do not recall this, but the way I was spoken to was like a 5 year old child. I will not be using pyms again.

    When my elderly father in laws car broke down, they collected the car, and took him back to their garage. Offered to take him home & collect him once fixed! Found the fault, fixed it within 24 hrs. Great service, couldn’t do enough to help us

    A really good, honest local garage that I've used now for years for mot and services... The staff and the mechanics are first class.. Any problems I've ever had with my car are sorted straight away, no waiting, which means alot..i can't recommend Pyms enough..

    Only had 1 star as couldn't give minus. Walked past this place to see a worker in pym uniform squaring up to some one shouting I suggest people start to avoid this place if they treat customers/members of publicise this, hope the owner sees this and addresses the person for his conduct a woman was trying to tell the pym employee to stop shouting as she had a child there discussing behaviour for some one in uniform to act outside there place of work
