   I have been a customer of Jacadi on King’s Road since my daughter was born. I have always appreciated the beautiful collections, the welcoming atmosphere, and the thoughtful displays. A special mention goes to Magda, who consistently delivers exceptional customer service. Her professionalism, warm smile, and genuine care always make every visit a pleasure. Even though my daughter has now moved on to a more “teen” style, we still return to Jacadi King’s Road for gifts and Magda is a big reason why. Thank you for the wonderful service over the years :)

   I recently visited this Jacadi store, and I can't express enough how wonderful the experience was! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect items. The clothing quality is outstanding—everything from the fabrics to the craftsmanship feels luxurious and designed with care. Jacadi’s team also took the time to suggest different sizes and styles, and I really appreciated the personalized attention they provided. It's clear they care about their customers and stand behind their products. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   I was overcharged. Did not notice until got home, called the store and described the problem (£45.50 less 30% discount should be £31.85. Got charged £39). I was told that they will check and call me back. They did and from here onwards the circus started. I was told that the item was mislabelled and online it is different price. OK, that may be but there is A PRICE in the label and I have no means of knowing otherwise. Apparently (from their words) the online price is £65 so a discount of 30% makes it correct that I was charged £39 (in fact the online price is £33 after I checked it). To me this sound that the legend is being made up as we go because 30% discount on £65 is £45.50. So the price charged and the price advertised still don't make sense. There is no underlying price sticker under the latest price sticker, so this item has never been priced differently in-store. The sales person who called me run out of explanations attempts and suddenly told me that she was trying to explain politely but I am trying "rude ways". So, not having said one rude word and trying to explain that their explanation makes no sense, I was suddenly presented with such an argument... Wow. Now, I do want to be rude! But I won't, I will simply post me feedback and hope that other potential customers see it before they visit the store and spend any money there. Merry Christmas! Reporting to trading standards too...

   Such a waste of time and non-friendly customer service. I got a gift card and I wanted to purchase items using the gift card. Before going to the store I sent an email asking if I can use the gift card in the store and they confirmed yes. I went to the store and told the cashier that I will pay by using a gift card, she mentioned “oh no, this is not possible”, without saying even “sorry”. She kept blaming customer service in Paris rather than helping and saying “sorry”.

   Last Saturday, me and my husband with our 2 years old daughter visited this store to buy our daughter a birthday present. Thanks to Magda, we had a memorable shopping experience. She was very positive and playful with my daughter. She had good knowledge in products. We love the brand and its quality. We will be back as our daughter really liked choosing clothes with Magda.

   Below expectations, awful service. Brand new store opening, gave a call to save a piece which was confirmed in stock with 2 items in store and put aside for me to collect the following day. They took my name and number over the phone. I travelled for 1 hour across London with my toddler to be told "oh sorry it won't be there until next week and we could not find your number". what sort of customer service is that?" and no proposition to balance the mistake...we can ring you next week... I hope you get better soon. Awful first impression
