    Good overall. A decent price for my ford galaxy steering rack, timely delivery, courteous and helpful staff, and a very fair returns policy. Perhaps a little slow with the communications, but maybe to be expected of a small business at busier times. I'd use them again should the need arise.

    My Mercedes ML W163 steering rack was leaking badly. As the car is RHD but is in Spain, I could not source one. I found PSR on Google and Dave guided me through the information needed, ensured that the correct variant was supplied and sent it to me packed for export. I re-packed it in my largest suitcase which I checked in and delivered it to my engineer. Perfect part, fitted well and tracking carried out efficiently. Car passed its annual government test a few days later. Great service, especially as PSR annual shutdown was due a few days later but Dave pushed the order through quickly.

    I hate to leave anything other than positive reviews but I've been trying to contact this company for weeks regarding a surcharge refund on a power steering rack, after reading the reviews, I took the old rack to a local specialist to make sure it was still serviceable and they confirmed it was so I sent it back. But after numerous attempts to contact, haven't heard anything. Good news is, I paid on my credit card and with the report from the power steering specialist, Barclays say they'll get the surcharge back for me. What a shame. Update: after speaking to Barclays and them putting a hold on the payment, PSR refunded my surcharge. On a side-note, the steering rack we purchased was of a good quality and arrived quickly. If the price of the rack was £475 with no surcharge, I still would have bought it as it still would have been sensible value.

    I had a good experience. Called. Spoke to Dave. He explained the steering rack for my T4 Transporter van was impossible to get brand new now. Had a reconditioned one sent on a free next day delivery. Garage fitted it. All worked. PSR then send a courier to collect your old one at their cost. If it can be reconditioned, you get your surcharge money back. All sounds pretty fair to me.

    Agree with the guy with the steering rack that was cracking, as the same happened to mine with the rack I was sent. so had to have a replacement rack which I had to. Pay again to have fitted, so rack fitting twice £600 labour. 2nd rack 13 months later blows all seals. I had to scrap my vehicle. If I was you just by a new one. Referbishing old stuff isn't reliable. Avoid at all costs wad fobbed off. As you can see half and half reviews on here. I just hope that if you are.a man with a vehicle you rely on to take you family about you do not suffer the same fate I did

    This company has a very poor customer service. They are very poorly managed, deceptive and incoherent in their work. This results in repetitive and unnecessary costs to their customer for which the management have no consideration whatsoever. My power steering rack which was promised to take two days to repair took 16 days and when it did arrive it was worse than when it was sent. Their actions cost me both huge losses and inconvenience and I will never go back to them. Avoid them at all costs!!

    Horrible customer service. I asked for a drop of point in my town to return the old part as I dont have time to wait whole day for the courier to arrive. Was given one which was not even close to my town - 40 minutes away despite been told it is in my town, Wasn't made aware that this wasn't an usual drop of point but actually a booked collection for a certain day which doesn't make any sense!!! Why would you book a collection for your customer which is so far when he asked for a drop of point near him!!! Then was told that because I didn't take it there I have to ship the part at my own expense which I did and then was even charged for the missed collection. This company will force you to pay for they mistakes. I had to pay twice!!! Ones for shipment ones for a missed collection! They use a small courier company which dont have a normal drop of points. Will never do business with this company. Had 3 cars lined up for steering rack refurbishment but went to a different company who respect their customers!!!
