   The shop was busy when I arrived but Jada approached me quickly offering to help. She found us everything we needed quickly and was gentle and patient with my daughter. She helped us to get the sizing right, big enough for room to grow but not too big.

   I have used this school shop for 2 years now and I am always greeted by friendly smiley faces. I went at a busy time although I queued for a while but it was very organised and easy to get exactly what I needed once inside the shop. Great customer service.

   I visited the Wearabouts around 3:30 pm, waited about 10 minutes to be served. The gentleman inside was amazing – he took one look at my daughter and knew the perfect size for her uniform straight away! What I loved most is that it’s a one-stop shop – you can also buy school shoes there, and they even stock knickers in-store so you can try them on for the right fit. It made the whole back-to-school shopping experience quick, easy, and stress-free. All our school shopping was done in one go – highly recommend!

   Two of the zips on my daughters Sydendham school bag had broken after only purchasing the bag in September. Although I did not have proof of purchase, the sales assistant was extremely helpful and understanding, and after consulting his manager (via text) he changed the bag without any problems. First class service. Thankyou Wearabouts!

   Shame its the only shop to sell the uniform my son needs as its quite a drive for us. Shop could be organised slightly better personally as looks pretty messy, but if it works for them great. One member of staff is quite stone faced, didn't even crack a smile whilst serving, but the other members of staff are pleasant to deal with. Quality of items not great for price, have already had to re stitch parts of the blazer that have come apart.
