   Dropped my car to them Thursday 8.30 am with a puncture, left for the day, returned to collect at 4.30pm, they stated there was no problem with the tyre despite pumping it from 18 psi to 37 myself the evening before. I was advised all the tyre pressures were low (these tyres are 2 months old from Kwik Fit and done 500 miles). Told to return in the morning if an issue as they were free at 10.00am, in the morning the tyre was down to 17 psi, returned car at 8.00am, went to collect at 11.15am, had not actioned anything but had to leave to drive 100 miles with puncture! Not good service at all.

   Thanks Chris and Will for your professional and helpful service. As a woman I find taking my vehicle in to a garage, can be a bit frightening sometimes ..but Kwik fit in Bromsgrove are amazing.. I found the service professional and helpful. I had to go back the next day, and had my little dog with me, Chris was so kind and got her a drink of water, and allowed her to sit with me while I waited.. Will, also was so helpful , even checked my spare tyre, although he didn't have to, and when I returned again..as a light had appeared on my dashboard...he quickly got it sorted.. I fully recommend this garage, and will be returning. Thanks Chris and Will for your kindness and help.

   Car battery had failed and needed replacing, on the day before Christmas Eve. Though clearly busy, and with zero notice, Kwik Fit were able to fit me in and fix the issue within a few hours. They also fixed a couple of rear lights which they noticed were blown at the same time. Would strongly recommend them to anyone in the Bromsgrove area - solid work, and they won't rip you off.

   Professional, friendly and chatty staff. Had 4 tyres replaced, balanced and the tracking done this morning. I was happy to wait and everything was completed within an hour. Waiting room clean, warm and comfortable seating. Considering the amount of clearly demanding customers on some of the calls they received during my wait, the chaps there were courteous, patient and respectful. Some are working inspite of clearly being poorly and it's evident they love their jobs. Well done, and thank you!

   I want to say how grateful I am for the help yesterday, Dave, Josh, Reece and Lee gave me when I had a slow puncture in one of my car tyres. I had a time problem to be in Aston by late afternoon and when I asked if they could help me with this issue, all the staff came to my rescue. We did have an issue with a locking nut on the punctured wheel, but Dave was a star and with a third party help got it sorted for me. I made my appointment and I want to say a massive thank you to all the staff named, without your kindness and understanding this would have not happened. Thank you all so much Dave

   Had fantastic service here today. Josh went over and above to resolve issues with authorisation from my lease company and a huge thank you to the MOT tester who squeezed me in so I wasn't left without a vehicle. Friendly, efficient service - a rarity these days. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
