   I used to use this garage on a regular basis for mot's etc, but after my recent experience......never again!! I booked my car in as I had a break level low warning light on my dashboard. I told them upon investigation I noticed it leaking from the pipe at the back of the break fluid reservoir. I took my car in Thursday evening told it would be done on Monday. I was called on Monday and told it wouldn't be done until Tuesday as they had to order a part. I phoned on Tuesday as I hadn't heard anything by 5.30pm, only to be told it wouldn't be done until Wednesday!! A £6.50 pipe and a job that would take less than an hour to complete, nearly a week later!! Also charged £160 for the privilege!! Never again!!

   Used for the first time recently for mot, service, tyres and 2 repair jobs. I couldn't fault the service I received, staff were all so friendly and helpful, work was carried out efficiently and prices are fair. Previously I've always used Mercedes main dealer for my annual service, and have tried various other garages for mots and repairs, I've had my fair share of terrible experiences over the years so it's a relief to finally find a garage that actually has great customer service, doesn't rip you off, and carries out work to a high standard. Will be my go to garage from now on.
