Rock solid place, great staff and a lovely atmosphere on evenings. Football on the telly, darts board and deposit free darts to break, pool table, bingo card bingo. Really has a bit of everything. Kid and pet friendly too.
What an improvement. Well done to the new owners. More spacious and modern, with family in and dogs. Staff are friendly, big screen TV for rugby.

The best public house in Woodhouse for sure great entertainment always and a truly warm friendly atmosphere and really good beer friendly bar staff can't do enough for you always if that well none beer did pubs call in give it a try a traditional place to drink very rare now days .. and the owners are always around to welcome you genuine lovely people so please try the park hall tavern and the locals don't.bite even neither does George the tavern friendly dog but he does.like doggy treats yes it's a dog friendly pub as well so bring your pooch for a pint . .

Top landlords nice beer an friendly folk. Nice local type pub but houses woodhouses own beer monster. Come on down Mr Simon Burridge. Only joking he's a top man but he does often drink the pub dry. Only when hes thirsty though. Top local pub
To be honest surprised this is still open as the pubs very run down, benches outside the wood is rotten, flowers and plants all dead but on display to see, lounge looks bare while furniture is very worn and tired, decor is shabby and the Facebook page shows how immature the management is. Overhaul the pub is poorly managed, run down and expensive. I suspect if was not for the few of the old faithful regulars this would have been boarded up years ago. Only positive is now sell coors light which I like but still more expensive than other local pubs. Update: since my last review the dead plants have been removed and there is new outdoor seating so things are looking up! Review upgraded to 3 stars. I have now visited again and for sure the appearance of the pub etc is moving in the right direction
