   The store itself is actually very nice. But I used to shop at this branch alot and I've met so many new staff which makes me think everyone who joins keeps on leaving. Actually bumped into one of the girls on oxford street today and they had said that management at this branch is terrible, bad lunch queues if not no lunch or breaks at all because they dont care enough to care about you as a employee. The girl also said that she never leaves on time because they have to wait for a member of management to do afew things first. The clothes are very nice designs and feels very nice quality but some pieces are actually ridiculously over-priced. The overall service at this branch is very good but its sad to see old staff leave and consistenly meeting new faces.

   I received a gift for my daughter and it was slightly small so I thought best to change it for the next size up. They didn’t have this item in the next size so I found something similar. I waited 40mins in the que the manager stood there doing nothing while the que got longer and longer behind me! There was a very young girl serving clearly new and struggling. The other till had no one there yet the manager with long brown hair just stood doing nothing this whole time! Unbelievable I waited 40mins to be served for them to say they don’t exchange items would not recommend going to this store. I Feel it would be a bad idea even shopping here.

   Unhelpful. I received a jacket for a birthday gift which doesn't suit me; apparently their refund and exchange policy changed this week and they will no longer give store credit for returning items - they will only swap for another identical item, which seems a bit pointless - if I wanted the item I'd just keep it. A&F used to be really customer friendly, but no longer - I won't use them again if this is the way they treat customers.

   If you have seen beautiful Abercombie stores all over the world, this store is a big disappointment. Messy mess, very small. A flop for Abercombie if you ask me.

   Why review a clothes store? Purely because the service I got today was great. I had an awkward situ with an online refund and not once did anyone stop smiling, express impatience or rush, the female manager and the chap that served me were great. Well deserved praise

   very nice shop, nicely decorated!! I was quite surprised to see an A&F brightly lit and designed with bright colours, most of the A&Fs I've visited are quite dark. I love the interior design here and the clothes of course!
