A rather unpleasant experience here today, specifically from Dominiqua. Found her to be not warm or welcoming whilst purchasing an item of significant value. Will not be returning again as a result.
We went inside this store today and although it was close to the closing times, we managed to purchase before closure. We were friendly towards the staff sharing the happiness of our purchase and they just were extremely rude. If the staff cannot even have costumer skills, let alone selling skills I wonder why they should get paid to stand and be rude and unhelpful to costumers. If this is their position of work ethics, please put self check out and costumers can do everything by themselves as the shop sells itself and having unhelpful staff has more of a reverse effect for selling products than helping it. I strongly recommend looking into the staff's behaviour and get people that actually want and they are willing to work.
We went inside at 5:49pm on a Sunday and I went straight to try a dress just to check it fits. Trying a dress takes probably 3-4 min and purchasing it another 1-2 min. They were extremely rude and said I couldn't try it. I don't think it's fair on a costumer willing to buy and support this brand as we were well within the time of opening hours. The lady was wearing a suit, black hair and she behaved extremely rude as if we were doing a crime. I suggest this to be revisited by the management team as there are many costumers willing to buy and the staff is not willing to support the sale of the company. This brand is losing plenty of easy money.
Thank you so much to the sales assistant Nina who helped me put together a brilliant outfit, making really helpful suggestions about colours that I hadn’t spotted online and finding extra sizes for me. And her colleague Ciara behind the till too! A lovely shopping experience.
Such a cool brand ! This place is amazing. 1. They are sustainable and their clothes are meant to last. 2. durable and trend free clothing that you can keep wearing. 3. There were so many wonderful and cute designs I couldn’t decide what to get ! 4. Very size accessible 5. The fabrics are very sensory friendly and breathable. 6. Very nice and calm shop and the shop assistants aren’t aggressive in their sales tactics either. They give you space. I would rather spend my money here on some good quality items than do a large shop at a non sustainable chain store. I can’t wait for my birthday or a sale so I can get some things !!
Had a good experience at this shop. Even though I visited it on a Saturday afternoon when it was quite busy, there was no queue for the fitting rooms and the staff were friendly and helpful.
Useless staff. Like others mentioned, watched girls hog change rooms by sending their friends pick out more styles for them while the lines grew past 20 minutes. Also potentially racist - watched the girls bend over backwards helping anyone who looked like them while asians were completely ignored
The merchandiser for this store needs to be fired. If you're a size 6 or 8, congratulations! You have the pick of every dress in the place. Anything above that, your choices are truly limited. And if you're a size 16 or above, I wouldn't recommend even bothering to enter the store. Staff are nonexistent. Is this a pop up? It feels like one.
Nice staff, lots of choices for dresses and good value for money.
Lovely clothing, atrocious shopping environment. Can easily spend 20+ minutes waiting in line, no time or garment limits and the staff won’t acknowledge you until you’re at the till. Don’t waste your time in store, shop online instead
