   Friendly, professional and efficient service. DTE were able to fit me in, with very short notice, to get my car's air conditioning working again (30+ heatwave at the moment, much needed!). Their staff were all friendly and professional, and I got to wait in their very comfortable (and also air conditioned!) waiting room while they sorted the car out. Many thanks!

   Took my car in today as I had an oil leak (a family member recommended me to go to DTE). I’m so glad I did go to DTE the team were really kind and communicated with me throughout the time my car was in the garage. The team explained the problem really clearly and resolved it in a timely manner for a shockingly low price. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back for my next service/MOT.

   Awesome, generous and honest company. We (emergency services) pulled into DTE after just hitting a pot hole....damaged steel rim and slow puncture. We thought it best to get an assessment before entering the M40 to travel down to Southampton (didn't want to be changing a tyre on the M40 in the rain). DTE fixed the rim, balanced the wheel and we were on our way in 20 mins.....with no charge! The boss of this company is a legend... kindness is still alive.

   I am quite particular about my car and having an issue on a BMW 5 series is never fun, especially when I needed my car by a specific date. I called DTE who were able to get me booked in next day to diagnose the issue. The updates on their findings were thorough and gave realistic time frames and costs to resolve. I felt in safe hands and could tell they had pride in their work which made the experience hassle free and I had the car back in time for when I needed. I would certainly recommend to others and will be using DTE again.
