I've used them twice now and been impressed with the service, they offer appointments which means you're not waiting in a queue. Definitely recommended.
I booked the MOT online, which was easy. The MOT was carried out on time and efficiently. The MOT tester offered free advice about the car, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a good experience.
Managed to fit in a visit for an early next day fitting for a tyre that wasn't regular stock. The advisor on the phone appreciated how we needed the tyre replacement quickly due to a family holiday and was the only place in the area that could accommodate us. Thank you
Second very good visit here, first was my last MOT, after a previous garage attempted to way overcharge for unnecessary work. Very well presented, clean tidy reception, listen and polite/ friendly, helpful, useful advice and very efficient. This time Warning lights came on night before I popped in, very busy time for me work and home next few days when I really need my car. Very polite, helpful young man got me booked in the following morning, then next day again very polite, efficient, kept me well informed/ offered choices and all done by lunchtime, brake pads, disks and 2 tyres... Work and invoice all walked through at collection too - brilliant. My daughter and sister also now come here.

I often go to Kwik fit if I’m worried about anything with my car . Today I went because I was worried about the tyre pressures . Nothing is too much trouble .Always friendly and helpful . . Also they didn’t charge .

nice staff . dint mind me watching as they worked on my 20year old car putting a new exhaust system not a job i would wont . had a laugh with all of them very nice people .and not a bad price for this job .
All staff very helpful. The way I have always been treated at this branch has resulted in me trusting them completely to advise me correctly regardless of whether it makes more profit for them or not.
