What can I say…….friendly, helpful, efficient, good service , called in with a problem re brake lights, (had been to few other garages and given possible costs of £100 upwards.) Explained problem, in less than 10mims problem was solved and no charge. Highly recommend to anyone and can’t thank you enough
I popped in the other day to ask about a problem I thought I had with my car. Anthony dropped what he was doing & test drove my car giving me the ‘peace of mind’ that there was no issue. I can’t thank him enough, the service I have received since going to them has been brilliant & I recommend them when possible.
Ant and his team were incredible. When I dropped my car off to them after my exhaust decided to fall off!, they had it in, diagnosed the issue, quoted the repair cost to me (which I agreed to) and then got the part and sorted it out in a very quick time, which was really helpful as I need my car for my commute. I would highly recommend using this garage. Keep up the great work guys!
After going to 3 other garages and having to chase up as no contact for days and being quoted £1000-2000 (also being told conflicting things) left me so frustrated. I contacted Ant who was extremely polite and accommodating, he got the car in the next day and kept me updated over the next 2 days. He found a faulty sensor and replaced it, shocking to think what unnecessary work I could of had done! I can't thank him enough after 2 weeks of panic. I will be recommending to all my friends and family in the future.
The best way I can describe Anthony & his team, is ‘Grease Angels’! They do an amazing job for great value and often go over & above (a recent example is fixing a rattle for free, discovered on a test drive, without being asked)! Where they excel is problem solving. Firstly with a VSC 4WD issue on my RAV4 then an oil leak. Both fixed on first attempt, where other mechanics would have been scratching their head & charging a lot more! 100% recommend & appreciated. Thanks guys
As always, truly fantastic service from the Team - booked my car in with a list of issues, returned on time and driving as good (if not better) than when I bought it.
