   I was so apprehensive about going to a new garage after moving to Lichfield, I have small collection of cars and a van, I walked and booked my van in for MOT, I instantly felt I was in the right place Steve was so nice and warm who booked my MOT, then Stewart who completed my MOT was again warm and friendly, he took the time to show me exactly what I needed to replace, very helpful and very honest. I have since booked two more of my cars in. Brilliant to have found a honest, decent and friendly people to build a long term relationship with. Thank you Steve and Stewart!

   Giving one star as no option to give less. As a woman going to a garage on her own I would not recommend. Told car was fixed and it wasn’t, no paperwork offered, no resolution or explanation despite taking my money! Had to demand a full refund which felt very awkward.

   I was told by another garage that I would probably need to have the unit replaced that housed my lights, but they would have to book it in and then give me a quote. Another garage couldn’t even look until next week. I contacted St John street garage and was told to pop it in next day. I presumed that they would ask me to leave it before giving me a quote. It was obvious that they were very, very busy. The mechanic had a quick look after a10 minute investigation, he fixed the problem!!!. I cannot believe how honest, pleasant and efficient they were. I would have believed anything they told me ! I know that I will be using this garage from now on and recommending to all my friends and family.

   SCAM! FAKE REVIEWS!! They say they fitted new parts BUT HAVE NO PROOF WHATSOEVER...something which should have cost £15 labour to push a cable back into its slot cost me £129 for the "new part". Beware...they are never busy and do not have regular customers...high staff turnover. Refused to show any evidence of new part. Ripped off! Will taking it further.

   Ripped my wife off!!! My wife came for a problem with a door issue which would not open, only from the outside. She was told at the beginning it would be a minor fix only to be told on collection that bill has come to £279. She felt intimidated as rogue mechanic was insistant that the locking mechanism had to be replaced yet could not provide the old part as proof that installation had actually taken place. On inspection with another garage they said there are no new parts in the door mechanism at all and it seemed a cable had simply come loose. They should be on Rogue Traders!!!!
