   We have visited Monsoon Children in Westfield Stratford many times...mostly in the weekends. It's our go to place for girls wear as we can always find what we are looking for in the size we want. Joycelyn & Tracey are very knowledgeable on stock, will always go the extra mile sometimes giving us their honest opinion but most importantly welcoming us with a greeting, a warm hug and a huge smile. My girls don't like but absolutely love seeing them because of how special they make them feel. To date, they always deliver exceptional customer service and we would never shop anywhere else. It just goes to show how much of a huge difference passionate & genuine sales people can make to any retail store. Thank you for making our shopping experience an enjoyable one;o)
