It’s the place I always go to get my daughters school shoes. Wonderful customer service. Really knowledgeable staff who know their brands inside out. I recently had to exchange a pair of sandals due to them not being suitable and the shop assistant couldn’t have been more helpful. I wouldn’t take my daughters anywhere else to get their feet measured. I remember when I first visited with my eldest, my youngest was still a baby and they said, when she’s old enough bring her in to get her feet measured so she gets used to it. Never any pressure to purchase shoes or sandals. This shop and the ladies that work there are an asset to Loughton High street.
