They were unable to deliver the boot liner I ordered on time due to a problem at their end so I cancelled on 24th April - it is now 15th May and I am still waiting for them to return my payment (order number #154481

I was a bit sceptical having read the negative reviews but proceeded with my order anyway. Both items arrived less than 24hrs later and an email I sent regarding a request for an invoice from a previous order was answered promptly. Can't fault the service. Will definitely be using again.
I had absolutely no issues using this company. I ordered a swatch of the softrim which came within 2 days. I looked at the reviews & was apprehensive about ordering the carpet. I ended up ordering & was presently surprised when the carpet arrived in 2 days. I would definitely use again.
Note this company is reporting it has moved from Cleckheaton to Milton Keynes. I placed my recent order as i had used them in the past. I did have to chase for my order previously. The only reason i used them again was to get the same product again. Over on weeks on i am still waiting for my order. I emailed them to ask about my order they said they were looking into it and have not provided a response since despite me asking for an update. I have since asked for a refund. The reviews i have read are not providing any confidence that i will receive my order and am therefore preparing to provide a report to the national fraud team.
If I could give less that 1 star I would. Absolutely awful service avoid at every cost. Ordered two 2x2 4 way stretch carpet and 2x 500ml glue. They sent me 1 2x3m carpet and absolutely no glue, I’ve emailed them numerous times to which I have heard nothing. Haven’t been able to finish my van for 2 weeks because of them. Undeserving of any custom.

Ordered and paid for two sample packs and never received them , tried contacting them and no reply , avoid like the plague !! Update ! Samples arrive , just wish they would employ someone to answer the phone and emails ?!!!! Annoyingly samples look good but do I risk an order ?
Please don't use this website, orders a boot liner weeks ago and have had no correspondence. I called customer service and have had no help but they have taken the full payment. Please stay clear of this site can't stress enough how bad it is.
Ordered the stretch carpet bundle, Was very hesitant due to some of the poor reviews. I messaged the company directly to raise my concern and they replied very quickly and put any doubt at ease. I ordered at 10pm on Thursday Night and my order arrived today (Monday). Can not ask for better service! Their customer service team responded to any queries very quickly and I can not thank them enough for such fantastic service. As soon as we fit the carpet I will update with a picture but just wanted to review on the service! 10/10 and I would highly recommend. Lowest price I found and brilliant quality and service!
