A very friendly local pub with local entertainment at weekends. This pub doesn't serve food. However, they do allow catering for parties.
We decided to give it a try and my glass had a black bit stuck to the edge of it (no idea what it was) and one of the others had something floating in it, which we were informed was some crisps that some people put in it as a joke. The lady very kindly replaced my drink and I told her not to give me a full pint as I'd already drunk a lot of the other one before I noticed the black bit that was bubbling a lot.
The Golden Plover is absolutely amazing. One of my favourite places to visit in Sheffield to be honest. My mostest favourite thing about the Plover is the car park. I get to park there while I collect my grand daughter from the nearby school. I hope this review has been helpful. Google assured me it would be!
