    Bar staff need customer service training. Snooker table ripped. Pool table meh other pool table rubbish. Last orders at 2200. Some people served at 2230 I asked 2 min after and told no. Carpet loopy. It’s not for me

    Great pub/bar in Mexborough with loads of drink choices at very reasonable prices e.g. 6 bottles of Bud in an ice bucket for £14 (as of March 2024). Loads of seating, both inside and out with snooker and pool tables available, as well as a DJ on weekends. ☆☆☆☆☆

    Decently priced drinks but was removed after one round while being able to discuss actions with bouncers who seemed to have no idea why sent out. Good for a game of pool but wouldn't risk much else as can be kicked out for nothing.

    Ive booked a night out on 9th Dec at the legends. When advertised it was £19.99 per person but if more than 10 booked the price was £14.99. So 14 of us have booked for a soul and Motown 3 course carvery and payed up front of £14.99 per person. According to the legends website it is now advertised as pie and pea supper. I rang the corner pocket to speak to someone about this and they told me it was a printing error. If you look on all other shows that have pie and peas advertised it's only £10 per person. After a few More phone calls to apparently the head office (who are now Ignoring my calls) I was told after asking for a refund that they can't give money back even though it was falsely advertised but they would refund all 14 of us a £5 refund and it would be at the corner pocket behind the bar 2 weeks ago. When I went to collect the refund as discussed the bar manager at the corner pocket knew nothing about it. So 2 weeks later I've heard nothing from anyone regarding this. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS VENUE IS ABSOLUTELY NON EXISTENT AND WILL BE TAKING IT FURTHER WITH CITIZENS ADVICE AND TRADING STANDARDS DO NOT BOOK A NIGHT OUT AT THIS VENUE AS ALSO BEEN TOLD THEY CANCEL ENTERTAINMENT THE DAY BEFORE IT HAPPENS.
