A very warm and friendly atmosphere, kids and dogs welcome and a fantastic view of the canal. A good bunch of regulars and despite previous comments the landlord is not a con artist, far from it

It's the people over the place. Flick (the landlord) you couldn't meet a better guy. Looks out for everyone and fantastic for any footy matches. Just a great place to be at when I get the chance.

I just firstly want to say a massive Thank You to Tracy and Flick for hosting the Wake on the 11th of November 2022- for a dad a brother - Christopher Edmund Fraser Luff who sadly passed away too early and definitely too young The Mill has been his second family for many years. And for that im grateful, he really did have so many friends who spoke so highly off him . Both Henry and Oscar and myself will keep popping down to remember him, we will sit on the balcony in the summer and say Helllloooo to people walking by . Rest now lovely , Keep an eye on the boy's for me love always Catherine xx

Quiet little pub just by the Chesterfield Canal. Perfect for a quick drink on a walk. Nice and friendly staff and reasonably priced drinks.

Cheap boozer. Nice beer garden. Inside is a bit dated though could do with a lick of paint. Signage from billy is a little bit off putting and unwelcoming for kids and even adults to be honest. Need to maybe change it.

Best pub by a country mile. Landlord fab... beers nice... never had a bad pint. Location amazing. Let's hope it stays that way. Be a very sad state of affairs if family fueds ruin something so good.
