Nick and Adrian were brilliant, not sure what the other technician name was. Although alignment wasn’t perfect but much better than before. Don’t blame the staff because it’s got air suspension, secondly there are different tyres both sides. Il do my check before I go back. Overall Nick and Adrian were nice and polite. Supported me last min. Didn’t expect that from Kwik. Thank you so much.
Fuming! Tried calling quick fit Brown hills, no answer so I drove down as it's my closest branch, I had a slow puncture. Tom came to speak to me and said I needed to go to Cannock as he never had any slots. I specifically asked him if he needed to call ahead and he said no. So I drove down and they said no appointments until tomorrow (Monday) I've just come back to brown hills to ask him why I've gone all the way there for no reason and he's called the Cannock branch and they said they can see me!!!! Both branches need to get their act together... I'll be using a smaller independent tyre specialist from now on, which is what I normally do and I've never had this before....
Put a damaged wheel on car. I could have had an accident and killed innocent people or myself too. I told them I had hit a pothole hard. Wheel alignment was done first. Then balancing. Should have just been balancing so got ripped off. But the wheel that was balanced had clearly not been checked by the person as it was severely dented and about to blow the tire out. Yet he put that wheel back on and steering wheel vibration continued at speeds above 60mph. VERY DANGEROUS If I lived in America I would take you to court and claim endangerment. USELESS.
popped in to have new tyre spoke to a guy called Matthew what a kind man he was new his stuff and fitted it straight away was a really helpful guy 100% recommended
Fitted me in exactly when I needed. The three guys on Saturday 18th March (8.30am new tyre) we’re more than helpful and friendly just as last time. Could not fault them and came back this time after great treatment few weeks ago when they fitted me in straight away in an emergency. Great fellas.
The chaps at Brownhills Kwik Fit were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I had popped in without an appointment and they replaced both front tyres and balanced the wheels plus they replaced one of my windshield wipers that was smearing. Fabulous customer service. I’d definitely recommend these guys.
What a fantastic service! I drove in today with a slow puncture, expecting to book an appointment. They guys were amazing. They sorted my car out straight away. A fast and professional service with customer service as a priority. I will definitely be using them again if I’m unfortunate enough to get another puncture. Had a great experience with kwik Fit Brownhills . Rang on Thursday to see if they could get my car In for m.o.t that day. Matt managed to get my car in and Den did the work needed to get it passed , had it back the same day . Genuinely nice team there . Will definitely use again and recommended.
