   Thank you so much to Gaynor in store for helping me choosing the right bra shape for me today, I was unsure about sizing and she found the perfect plunge bra for me to go with matching knickers! I am grateful for her help as I would have probably not purchased the a bra without her good service as I was unsure about what fit me best.    The staff member that helped me, Georgia, was brilliant. No matter what I asked or requested she took it in her stride and was really knowledgeable, helpful and so friendly. The shop itself is on the smaller side but still really well stocked. I always find everything I’m looking for!

Kirsty offered a bra fitting service as well. Hannah helped me work out my stocking size Staff were lovely and helpful. Thank you. Lovely experience.

   I took an item back for a return and was asked for my email address. When I asked why they needed my email the member of staff responded, "It's just for the system". When I politely declined to provide my email address her previously friendly demeanour changed, she handed me my receipt and my thanks and goodbye were not reciprocated. I have no doubt that I'd have received a traunch of unwanted marketing emails from AS had I provided my email address. It is incredibly underhand that staff aren't stating their genuine purposes for collecting personal data and then getting shirty when a customer declines. A really disappointing experience!
