Literally 99.9% of the opening hours it is closed. Very random as to when it is shut despite the piece of paper taped to the door with opening times on. If you are precious over the amount of money you get, make sure you check the amount as maths doesn't appear to be the strong point for their calculator. Great idea for this to stop clothes being thrown away so it's a shame this service isn't good in my experience.
