    I have only been to the Sheaf on a few occasions. It’s a beautiful space and in a wonderful location with a great garden that provides a lovely view of the sunset. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this venue. My previous visit was soiled by the attitude of the staff. On arrival, I asked for a shandy and was met with some unnecessary comments from Meg behind the bar. On receiving my drink, I went outside to enjoy the garden with friends. My drink was taken when it was only half finished. I proceeded to go to the bar to ask if the staff could help. I was again met by the attitude of Meg. It was not a welcoming space and I did not appreciate the way I was “talked” to.

    Very nice traditional pub, good range of Ale and free soda water for my driver was great , pork pie tasty but small and a bit greasy. I’d still eat another though.

    A classic Sheffield pub! Quite a small bar area, but a tremendous amount of beers to suit everyone's taste buds! Neepends Stout... Erdinger... Dortmunder... so many lovely beers. Lots of crisps to choose from, plus pork pies (but they sell-out rapidly!). Lots of seating inside, but there's also a decent sized beer-garden which is fantastic in the warmer months. One of my favourite places to drink in Sheffield. Dog--friendly, too!

    Only went with a friend to decorate the pub actually she did the work me and her husband gave moral support if you like real ale its got a huge variety large outdoor for summer plenty of seating worth a visit.
