   Popped in yesterday for a couple of beers. Can't believe I've not been in before. 5 Cask beers, several keg offerings, pleasant interior and friendly host. What more could you want. Not scored food as not applicable or atmosphere as it was quiet time of day.

   I came here with my fiancés family for an afternoon of bottomless prosecco and sharing boards. As the only vegan of the group, Sonia and Nicola went above and beyond to make sure I had the very best vegan platter. As well as fresh fruits and veg, hummuses, and falafels, they made fresh handmade vegan burgers for me, as well as tried a range of vegan cheeses beforehand to make sure the sharing board only had the tastiest vegan cheeses, as dairy free cheese can often get a bad rep. Even the non-vegans I was with liked the vegan cheese selection and the rest of the spread. The service was fun, friendly, and fast! We could barely make a dent in our prosecco before having our glasses regularly topped up. The men in the our group were never without a beer either. I have visited The Underdog a hand full of times now, and each time Sonia and Nicola go out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure you have the best time. I will definitely be returning for the sharing boards and prosecco again! Thank you for another wonderful experience and making sure I was well fed and watered x

   Being a Real Ale imbiber this has to be a 5*. A one room high ceiling bar. 5 ales on handpump + about 24 on gravity...left over from a festival??. On the busy road (only negetive) a short walk from the station. Casts once again had Abbeydale Moonshine. Boothroyd ssys best wine so far. My kind of bar. (6 so far, and all good..go Dronfield go!) Visit if you can. .

   There is no shortage of pubs in Dronfield, each with their own character. The Underdog holds its own as it offers something a little different. Simple, small-ish bar (and I mean no disrespect by that) with some great drinks on offer and proper friendly staff (even when busy). Add to that a good atmosphere and that's all you need.

   Friendly staff and a great selection of beers and ales! They could use more seating but in general the atmosphere is always great and you can normally get a table. Food and snacks are pretty standard pub snacks but still nice. Overall a great friendly little pub.
