    Was in the area so thought I would give this place a go, there is about a dozen tables inside so it’s not the biggest place but it makes it more intimate which you don’t get with boozers these days. There is plenty of drinks choice whether you want beer, wine or gin and the guy behind the bar was helpful in helping me decide what I wanted by explaining each beer. I would come back here again as this is a great little place, pints are pretty cheap here compared to what I’m used to too.

    The Beer House on Ecclesall Road is a fantastic little micro pub, and in my opinion, one of the best, if not the best, in Sheffield. I've been visiting for several years, and it never disappoints. The beer selection is always excellent. There's never been an occasion where I couldn't find a beer I fancied. They consistently offer a great variety, catering to all tastes and preferences. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a quality pint. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend something new to try. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking out the Beer House. And if you're around Hillsborough, their sister location is equally worth a visit. This place is a true gem for beer lovers!

    Madge popped in back in 2021. Decided to bring me here. Great destination for lovers of beer. A small real ale emporium no less. Madge chose a hazy Pale Ale from Alpha Delta brewery in Newcastle. A first ever beer from there for me. The micro bar has two rooms plus a small front roadside space and a "hidden" rear garden. Well worth a visit. ( Log burner for winter months ... Sept to May in Sheffield according to Madge!)

    Good selection of beers both in cask and on keg. The back bar held host to an interesting selection of gin and whiskey too. Would definitely return the next time I'm in the area. A brilliant little micropub!

    Great little bar. Good selection of Ale, we chose this pub to be our first drink during lockdown. They had great Covid-19 guidelines and the weather outside was great which helped. Sorry i didn't take a better photo.
