    It’s fine but it’s dangerous, recognised people from Derbyshire Times who should be nowhere near a nightclub, was also sexually assaulted so take that as you will.

    Door men very rude women on the door that apparently is just to take money yet she checked my and my friends id said they was fake and put them in here little bum bag. We there then said they are not fake etc they then said they would call the police so they can prove this. When we said the women and taking our id they then said no she hasn’t she not a bouncer she not allowed to that they proceeded to lie about who had checked and took our id the police had come looked us up prove our age and Identity yet they still counted to say our id was fake so we couldn’t get them back very rude overall why was waiting for police to come kept coming over trying to investigate us and being very cocky.

    This is the worst place to go to as a black or other colour. Was racially profile out with my friend. After been searched before entering and paying entry fee, entered and ordered drinks only to be called to come outside by someone calling himself the manager and refusing to give his name. Collected our drinks and told us he need to do another search on us, I told him we won’t collect the drinks back if he collect it from us as we can’t trust the drink again. He said he won’t give us new drinks and wanted us to collect the drink that was taking from us out and out of our sight. We left angry as he refused to refund our drinks as well and felt insulted. I’d stay clear if you don’t want unnecessary insult.

    For someone wanting to have a late night, without waiting ages for a drink, and then have a boogie, this is a decent venue. Friendly staff, Inc door staff, good tunes and a nice outside area for a breather. Should a 46 year old be out until 3am? Probably not, did I have a good time, absolutely. Did I slip because I was drunk and slide down the stairs (which could have done with a mop), only someone reviewing the CCTV can answer that!

    Paid a fiver to go in nipped out to get my friend 5 mins after and got told I wasn’t allowed back in even if I paid again! What a joke!

    Shocking place orders 2 tea pot drinks next thing is the glass collectors took them away am asking for my drink back nicely and get chucked out because I was asking for my drink that I paid for Overall I would keep clear there money grabbers

    Great place to go! The venue is great, it has a modernistic style with a touch of class. The people that go there are usually friendly, i got a drink knocked out of my hand and they offered to buy me another. The venue has great music, the main room as you enter plays party, chart and cheese music but more emphasis on the part and chart. If party and chart is not your thing they have a R&B room downstairs that is a little bit darker giving it that deeper nightclub feel. The venue probably has the nicest beer gardens I've seen in a 'late night bar'/ nightclub. You'll find the beer garden can get as busy as the rest of the club. Update: The venues is still as good as it ever was, the busiest days tend to be Friday and Saturday
