Been with Archwood for 22 years and seen lots of changes. The staff always listen and attend to my requests. Special shout out to Dr Chanda as she always takes my issues like its her own. And coming from an ethnic background she really empathise with different cultures.
I had a minor op at the surgery, Dr Chanda assisted by Claire did an excellent job,made me feel at ease and saved me going to hospital. I'm so pleased Well done team. Michael M
Very pleased with my visit to Dr Chanda today. I found her very easy to talk to and she listened to and addressed my medical concerns satisfactorily, prescribing relevant medication and discussing a review at a later stage. Generally, I have always found the doctors and the team at Archwood to be very helpful, with the Receptionists always doing their best to give you an appointment at the earliest opportunity and fit you in with a doctor appropriate to your medical needs. I do miss sometimes the consistency of seeing the same doctor, but appreciate in a large practice this isn't always possible and have generally always been very happy with those I have seen and the way Archwood is run as a whole.
Attended Archwood Medical practice today for first time. I saw Dr Monica Chandra who I found extremely helpful. Lovely welcoming manner & listened carefully to my concerns. Examined me & gave me possible medical reasons & solutions. I am extremely pleased I have chosen this medical practice. Would thoroughly recommend.
Can’t say enough good things about this practice. I can always get through on the phone to make an appointment. The clerical staff are always friendly and helpful, and every nurse or GP I’ve seen has been brilliant. I feel very fortunate to have found this practice after less good experiences elsewhere. Brilliant service.
Reception staff are ignorant beyond belief , they sit there sideways looking at computer screens and ignore everyone who is actually present . Please teach them some manners about what they are actually there for .

Rang up at 8 appointment at 11. Blood tests at 2. Dr Raje was excellent. Face to face for reassurance is a must. Thank you to Archwood including the receptionist who was so helpful with the appointment.
This Medical Practice is absolutely excellent. I couldn't fault it in any way, especially Dr Raje. Always so thorough and shows so much compassion. During covid all the staff were still amazing as they still are now. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
Really not the best. Some doctors are good, but one in particular speaks to you like you’re an idiot and not worth his time. If they actually answer the phone you might be able to book an appointment, but expect long wait times and rude staff. In the 20+ years I’ve been here I don’t think I’ve ever been seen at my appointment time. I strongly recommend allowing more time for appointments because waiting around for 30 mins isn’t fun.
