   Absolutely amazing care and service by everybody that is encountered on my visit there on 17th August. Was obviously nervous but was put completely at ease especially by the surgeon that performed the procedure. Full advice given on possible side effects and what to do. Would definitely recommend.

   Leaving a review on behalf of my elderly Dad who is very happy after having his cataract procedure. No pain afterwards, and a success now he can see more clearly again. Didn't get the name of the Consultant who did the op but the lady on the desk put dad at ease when she said he's booked in with 'the best'. Thank you, lovely place and highly recommend to anyone else

   Got a referral from my Optician, the speed of the referral, post opp and surgery were within one week! Surgery was pain free totally, All the staff from the meet and greet to the cleaner are all polite, helpful and professional. I can not fault anything about the visits here. Why the NHS can't be managed like this I don't know, but they need to be. 10/10 Spa Medica. Highly recommend

   I had my first cataract operation on Thursday 18/4/24 and I can honestly say the whole experience was fantastic. Everyone were extremely professional and really nice. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Obviously I was nervous but it was over in 5-10 minutes. No pain, and I’m very happy. Not nervous at all about having my next one done. THANK YOU SPAMEDICA

   The man who welcomed me on the door was extremely pleasant. I went for an assessment prior to surgery. I had an overall humiliating experience as a disabled person, not meeting their strict criteria. Too many people watching me as I showed them how I transferred onto the bed. It was the opticians fault as I ‘shouldn’t have been sent there’ but it wasn’t helped by lack of Disability Awareness Training and no privacy to discuss my medical history.

The gentleman on the front door Steve, I think is his name is a true gentleman looking after everyone that comes and goes more like it's his pleasure than a job.
