Rang in advance as had to drive from widnes young girl on phone was amazing and very helpful. Was met by this young girl on arrival who quickly found sizes our little girl needed and went and checked stock. Nothing was to much trouble and our little girl came away smiling in her new rainbow uniform. Thank you your a credit to this store
1 star rate is just because I can’t go on minus . I visited the store this Saturday 14th of October together with my husband and my daughter. I think I met the worst customer service ever . The blonde lady from the till was very unprofessional and rude staff I ever met. We asked about more stuff to buy but she said they don’t have any on the stock. On our way out I noticed they have the product that I’ve asked near the door. My husband go back and “ thank “ her for help and bring to her attention that we found by ourselves the product that we looking for. She was not bothered at all, clearly was not very happy being there. However I don’t recommend this store at all. Was our last visit .
I regularly visit this store and each and every time Carol Lee provides an impeccable level of service. She goes above and beyond to assist us. Thank you for a fantastic experience .
Well lets start by saying there is a lovely young girl who works in here (poor girl!) who helped me find what I needed. However when I went to pay, the “lady” on the till scanned one item and I said actually can I grab a jumper too, met with huffing and puffing and “oh well now ill have to void this while you find it” erm ok so do it. Wow unbelievably rude, then she rings up my order £195 without a please, thanks, she might as well as barked at me. What a way to treat customers! Also charged me for 2 fleece tops, one that wont fit for years, id rather keep hold of it then step foot back in!
I was in a rush so got basically everything from here. They are kind of affordable but I recommend M n S for shirts and trousers

Wow what can I say the most unhelpful and rudest staff ever. Especially the young dark haired girl who has no people skills and roles her eyes when she gets asked a question. Asked for a 7-8 cardigan got home and she had given me 5-6. She needs to go back to school as she clearly doesn't no what she's doing. AVOID THIS SHOP
Customer service is an absolute disgrace! The only experienced staff member is an aged lady who is the cashier and couldn’t be anymore rude and abrupt if she tried. She is moody, unhelpful and needs to learn some manners. The staff are all kids with no people skills and are bad mannered. My first experience with my 4 year old trying on his uniform for the first time who was so excited was ruined. Unfortunately this store is the only dedicated uniform store that provides the uniform for my sons school. The owner of the store should be ashamed of his/hers staff and their performance.. they will no doubt score zero with a mystery shopper! Will no recommend..
Well if you have kids who go to your local schools then this is the place to go and get their uniform. The girl who served us was great found the right sizes quickly. The lady on the till was very ignorant just taking a personal call whilst serving us and ignored us just pointed to the card machine. Which clearly was not important and did not apologise afterwards.
