   I had the pleasure of being assisted by young Staff at the school clothes shop, and I was extremely impressed. Despite the busy environment and having multiple customers to attend to at once, he remained calm, professional, and friendly throughout. the boy handled every request efficiently, ensuring everyone received the help they needed without making anyone feel rushed. Their excellent multitasking skills and positive attitude truly stood out. It made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly commendable!

   Great shop. Visited this morning to get my kids uniforms ready for September. One starting primary and one starting high school. It was fairly busy given the time of year but plenty of staff on the shop floor to assist customers. I was only in there a matter of seconds and the gentleman (think he was the owner) was straight over to ask me if I needed help. He was great. Knew what sizes I would need just by looking at my son but tried the size up also and went for other sizes from the stock room without hesitation. Nothing was too much trouble. Helped me get everything off my list. And suggested things I may not have considered. Also very informative on what was compulsory and what was optional in terms of uniform so not pushy in any way. Ladies behind the till were also great speedly bagged everything up for me and were very pleasant. Prices were really reasonable too. Would highly recommend purchasing uniforms from here.

   I recently moved to St. Helens and went to purchase a school cardigan. Unfortunately, the shop provided me with a cardigan from a different school, although the color was the same. We didn’t realize this mistake until the school informed us later. When I reached out to the shop, they refused to do anything about it, citing that the cardigan had already been worn. The quality of the cardigan is also very poor, and the service has been extremely disappointing. They seem to prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and refuse to offer any exchanges. I would not recommend anyone buy school uniforms from this shop, and I intend to report this issue to the school. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

   Shocking service! Website states any orders after 24th of August will not be guaranteed delivery for school starts. I ordered 22nd of August. 106.00 for 6 polo tops. 2 jumpers. 1 cardigan and 2 pe hoodies. Called them Friday 30th asking where my order is to be told oh it’s going out today will be with you Wednesday/Thursday. I told them this was not good enough they’d had my order 8 days and was now only sending it out to arrive AFTER the kids start back at school, baring in mind I ordered this 2 days before the date they were guaranteeing delivery until. They said well go to the shop buy it all in the shop and we will refund you! I certainly don’t have another 106 to spend then having to wait for a refund and if I could have got to the shop to buy it in the first place I wouldn’t have ordered online would I! They rang me back to say go to the shop tomorrow and we will give you your parcel. Went to the shop today and picked up my parcel. Had a really busy day and didn’t make it home until 6pm. Got home opened the parcel and 1 jumper, 1 cardigan, 1 pe hoody and missing and the other pe hoodie has been sent in the wrong size! Absolutely useless!

   Blazers here are slightly cheaper. You can also get in between sizes... Almost everything else here costs a bit more than the other school kit store or even retail stores like ASDA for shirts and trousers..

   What a place. Went in on friday after workbl with my son(26/8/22). We where instanly greeted by the owner. She asked me what I needed then proceeded with a whirlwind of excellence. She made the experience very easy. I had a full uniform and P.E kit in about 15 minutes all in perfect sizes for my son. This is the best place Ive been for uniform. Thank you so much.
