   Absolutely shocking place to visit! The prices are NOT cheap, they are not connected to the online website and the manager is a pusher. I popped in having a browse and she was extremely pushy picking up lots offering me extra discounts, not once did she tell me prices and ask if I actually wanted the items. 3 items come to £191 - I was so embarrassed I paid. Thought I’ll bring them back another day. Tried to return - the manager rudely stated that they don’t accept returns at all and exchange or credit note only!!! She even said- well no one normally looks at the price, how patronising!!!! The other two staff members were silent throughout. I am now stuck with a very large credit in note with only 6 months on! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Everywhere should offer refunds!!!!! AVOID!!!

   Went to the store today for some baby shopping and was appalled at the incident myself and my partner witnessed. Some ladies were being served at the till and a young child from the family behind tugged onto one of the ladies bags - parents appeared completely unaware, the child was very young and laughing by the looks of it thinking it was a game and the ladies being served said they told him to try and steal from them and made a commotion. The staff behind the till a young lady and we believe the manager were laughing and giggling to where my husband stepped in and said to the ladies that he is a child and no one appears to be stealing anything and we walked out. We later returned as my husband felt this was a racial issue that he wanted to raise however the manager had left and it appeared she may have been one of the ladies serving at the till at the time. To be clear (the ladies being served were travellers, being served by travellers/caucasian staff and the accused were Muslim ladies with hijabs) we felt the staff’s professionalism completely lacked and they found this incident funny which it entirely was not. It was disappointing to see they thought that was acceptable as opposed to diffuse the situation. We spoke to 2 other workers who apologised about the staffs behaviour but we felt to write a review as we don’t think anything would come from it and wanted to raise awareness of the few members of staff who do work there and can’t do their jobs properly.

   Really bad quality. Kids around company have the licence to produce clothes and label with brands. So basically the clothes are fakes. Ok for parents who could never afford the real brand but want their kids to wear a designer name. May as well buy fakes off Amazon at a snip of the price and with equally bad quality.
