   We’ve been coming to Brian’s for many years, most recently for our 4 year old son. On one occasion we bought a pair of shoes where the quality did not fit our expectations as, after just a week, they were scuffed. However, the team at Brian’s were extremely helpful and exchanged them for another pair without a fuss. Buy with confidence! They are also excellent at fitting shoes and always have a great selection to choose from.

   *Extremely poor customer service* I try to support local businesses whenever possible, but unfortunately, my recent experience at Brian’s was disappointing to say the least. After my initial purchase I contacted the store and spoke to both owners. Not only did they fail to return my calls, but it became clear they were screening and deliberately ignoring them. If you’re going to run a business, especially a local one, you would expect some effort to build/retain customer relationships - but that was completely lacking. Their prices are the same as big retailers, so there’s really no incentive to shop here if the service isn’t any better. Sadly, I won’t be supporting this shop again—and I wouldn’t recommend it to others based on this experience.

   Have been going to Brian’s for over 12 years for my children, Raj is always lovely and helpful. They don’t have the easiest feet to fit but he always find a great fit for them, with growing room and that look great too! Highly recommend!

   I couldn't be more disappointed. Having bought a pair of trainers for my son, they completely came apart at the sole on one of the shoes. I took them back to the shop and the shop owner told me that because they were more than 2 months old there was nothing he could do. They were four months old, barely worn which you could see from the lack of wear and tear on them. The owner even agreed whilst looking at them that they had hardly been worn. I left and contacted the retailer myself. They informed me that the shop owner could have contacted them directly. This is a local shop that I supported and used to go to as a child. Never again. Very poor, lazy service and with service like this and competition all around I'm not sure how they'll remain in business.
