Came into the shop and the staff member (katie) was very receptive and inviting. Helped me through choosing some suitable shoes. Brought out the correct sizes for me and we engaged in a very nice conversation. Would come again for sure.
This is 1st time i went, lack of variety. And the Maneger, omgosh soo grumpy and not welcoming at all... definitely if I go again and if she manager definitely won't enter shop. The stuff servings was really good.
Have been here a few times to get my little one shoes and normally a good experience. Previous visit though was slightly disappointing and not due to the main staff there. Had feet measured of my little one which she had gone up a size, bought two pairs of shoes. Unfortunately they gave me the box with the wrong size these things happen went back the next day for an exchange the staff member Eva was really great and remeasured everything and took a good amount of time to go through everything and make sure things were acceptable as well as all being done with a smile and good attitude. The slightly disappointing aspect was the manager who went on a slight tirade and talked at me rather than hearing my concerns.

Severely under staffed on a Sunday when they had a large number of orders for collection. Manager's fault. The overwhelmed staff were nice in spite of the circumstances

Came here looking for a pair of knee high boots - the sales rep Sadhna was super sweet and incredibly helpful from beginning to end ! Thank you - love my black suede boots too.
This branch of Clark's is wonderful. Staff are so helpful, I have a child with Autism and he is selectively mute, they don't make a thing of him not answering and watch his toy for a yes/no. It's a calm environment if you have a child with certain difficulties, it beats the Harrow store without a doubt.
