   The Two stars it’s because the staff lady was efficient getting the shoes I asked for. Went to Clark’s in Ealing Broadway 01/05 around 16pm to buy a work shoes, soon I get in the store was empty there was two young lady’s chatting they just ignore me not even a smile or greeting at all, after a few minutes looking into the shoes nobody bother to offer me help and the chatting at the counter continues, was very bad experience, I end up buying the shoes because I really need them at that point otherwise I will be going somewhere else.

   I have problems finding shoes that look reasonably stylish but don't hurt my sensitive feet and I can usually find something suitable at Clarks, at a very reasonable price. I have lost count of the shoes I have bought here.
