Great store with very helpful staff, well-trained staff and knowledgeable about products and willing to go the extra mile to help customers, watched a member of staff helping a young customer with issues buy shoes for herself for the first time, five stars to the nice staff.
Found some non-expensive, good looking school shoes for the kids. Looks durable too...

Staff can be abrupt, I asked for my size in some slippers I liked, as I couldn't reach the top hangers. She said, didn't even bother to look to busy filling shelves!
Very bad experience. Staff is very rude. I have tried to return my shoes which I have purchased few days ago, as insole was not fixed and moving here and there when we walk. Staff didn't accept and have not considered my request.
