   I went here yesterday and had a really great experience. The staff were very helpful, especially the girl who helped me find the perfect pair of shoes when the ones I originally wanted were out of stock. The woman on the tills were also lovely and gave me helpful advice, recommending products to take care of my shoes. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

   had the worst experience at Deichmann. The store manager was extremely rude. I visited the store on two consecutive days, and on both occasions, he was discourteous to me and my 7-year-old daughter, for whom I was buying shoes. This is not how a manager should behave; as the head of the store, he should set an example and ensure that all staff treat customers, especially children and women, with respect and kindness. I’ve noticed many negative reviews mentioning this same manager (the man with the beard), some dating back several years. I’m honestly surprised that he is still employed as a manager given these repeated complaints.

   Last Saturday I visited the store. I selected black shoe and asked the store worker for another pair of it. She was training a new worker at that time. She said me to wait she will bring the shoe for me. I am pregnant and was waiting their with my toddler for whole 20 min. Later I found her standing at the billing till and training the same worker, I approached her and asked her if she had found the another pair. Then she said it was out of stock, I said she would have said me before only when she found out about the stock what was the reason for making me stand for long time, but instead of apologizing me for ignoring a customer and started speaking rudely. I had visited this store couple of times before I found the quality good that was the reason of going back again to the same store. Because of some the employees the whole reputation of store goes down, when they have poor customer service and bad speaking skills. I guess the lady was the manager of the store that's the reason for her rude attitude. I would not suggest anyone to visit this store again.

   Probably the worst experience I have ever had in a store. They refused to sell me a pair of shoes on sales because the price at the tile was different from the price attached to the box. I am reporting them to Trading Standards.

   Had a very bad experience at the store. The store manager ( bearded guy) is rude and extremely abusive. Entered the store to check out the shoes on the display. Suddenly the manager ( bearded guy) shows up yelling that you can’t checkout shoes at the windows. Upon requesting him to be a little polite , his true colors and his notion of customer experience came to display in front of everyone at the store. The store manager is incompetent , extremely unprofessional and harsh - and unsurprisingly other reviews highlights the same. Advise customers to be wary of this store manager . Hope management will take action.

   5 star rating. Staff were very helpful from the moment we stepped inside. The footwear on display with plenty of sales on them. Gotta love a bargain yes the missus was loving it. No ques at the time we went so I was very happy too. Quite a few brand names can be purchased here at affordable pricing.

   This was my 1° time and I loved!!! I was very well attended! the staff is very friendly, the store is very nice and the prices are very affordable, it has a machine for washing the shoes we buy, disinfecting and protecting it from dirt, I really loved it!! A special Thank you to Sinz for being so friendly and making my day happier, for sure this store will already be part of my favorite stores, I highly recommend it!

   Nice place. Easy to find and access is from the high street. Always tidy and friendly staff up to help. At this very moment day have amazing discounts all over the store, not a bad place to grab a pair of good quality school shoes or even some fancy high heels. I'd definitely go back there!
