I just have to comment on how lovely the staff are at this store (on a Sunday in October 2026). A warm welcome and really helpful staff. I was served by Oscar who was just brilliant. A great shop.

Went to get my son his first pair of shoes went upstairs to the kids section and was told to basically get out as they were closed and we should have known that because the door was closed. She told us to come back in an hour if we wanted anything so clearly was open she just couldn’t be bothered. Maybe lock the door or put a sign downstairs saying that upstairs is closed?? And maybe don’t be so rude next time.
The worst experience ever, the worst customer service received in my life. Izzy was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately cannot say the same for the manager. He should not proudly call him self the manager. I didn't see and managing skills. He is only good to manage to turn away loyal customers. He is very intimidating, not welcoming, unapproachable, unapologetic , rude and not professional person. I love the brand but I wouldn't pay again for shoes £100 and be treated the way he treated me. He refused to give me his manager's name. I really hope his manager will read reviews and take some action. The customers vote with their feet and I don't see good future for this shop. Liliana
We had forgotten our baby daughter shoes at home. This was the nearest place to go to buy shoes. Luckily on second floor for kids shoes they had plenty of nice girls available to assist and had in stock the show size we wanted. The assistant quickly measured our daughter feet and got us the right size options. We were in and out of Clarks with in 10 minutes as we wanted. Thank you.

This Clark’s was not the best I have been to I went in to get my daughters feet measured. My daughter is 18 months old and I have a 6 month old and for some reason they have the kids shoes upstairs there is no lift to get up there so you have to abandon all your stuff and take your kids out of the pram for me this was impossible. Really annoying when they put the kids stuff upstairs.

Terribly rude and unhelpful staff. With a limited selection and poor quality of shoes. Went there earlier today and the guy couldn’t be bothered to offer assistance. When I pointed out that the pair I wanted was opening a bit at the front, he said “it’s up to you, either you want them or not… You have to be realistic”. I think buying a new pair of shoes, for that amount of money, should come in optimal condition! I will never set foot in that store again.
Chaos. The young woman who measured my kids feet was working flat out but her manager was standing around chatting & laughing while numerous customers were kept waiting to be served. We waited 20 mins+ to try on shoes, while the manager directed staff to serve people who had just walked in.
