   If the would be an opportunity I won’t give any star. I’ve been sending from from Oxford Circles to White City for a refund then in the shop I’ve been told by Jess I can’t give you a refund as I am not manager. So I been given a credit instead my money. Firstly the Starr telling you go to other shop, then they telling you they can’t. Extremely disgusting service. I call costumer service which is located abroad, and I been told they can’t help me as they are dealing only with online purchase, and my shoes which I ordered are not available in the shop in all Uk. I use to buy each season shoes from this shop , and now I wish they will close down. Didn’t deserve they name and customers coming into.

   Good solid comfortable shoes at a reasonable price. You can get cheaper footwear but they won't last as long, feel so comfortable or look so good. Shop was pretty busy with people buying - so not just my opinion. Staff were friendly and helpful.

   I just came from the store to collect a shoes that I been waiting for them 11days which is OK I can understand late deliveries. Was a queue that again I fully understand to wait but I was just checking if I need to queue and my shoes wasn't in there so I just ask to 1 of the employee if my shoes was on the store and I don't mind to wait for a reason. the look of this girl was very unprofessional talking about the brand and the money that shoes cost. She told me that I need to wait that queue to check the receipt to see if my shoes was there. Simone, thanks to him, he check that my shoes were there and bring me out. Literally took him 2 sec while he was waiting for a customer finish. Thanks again to Simone and to be professional and supporting customer. Definitely you guys need more people like him.
