The staff are very rude. I asked for the appointment, called at 8am to book the appointment and they said an appointment is available at 2pm. When the receptionist said 'i'll book you in for the appointment, what is it for', i replied i had surgery abroad in another country and asked to see the Dr, the first thing she said is 'go back to the country where you had the surgery to check it.' Very helpful.

The help here is appalling to me. I am constantly dismissed by gps and gaslit into thinking my physical health and problems is all in my head and it’s just depression. When I know what that feels like as I have been diagnosed with that since I was a kid. Telling me that things are not that bad and borderline normal and wanting me to go on antidepressants like that can solve everything issue is unacceptable. I spent two whole days writing notes about my PHYSICAL health that crashed me out, only for the doctor to not even read it fully and say it’s mental health. Making me feel crazy and im making it up as I feel my health is getting worse, causing me to have mental break downs as I’m not being heard or understood. Not feeling cared from the people who are supposed to help you. It actually feels traumatising. I now refuse to go to the doctors for this reason as I get made feel worse about myself instead of being helped. All they wanna do is test me for the basic things on blood tests and this one doctor is testing me for something I already said I have been tested for years on and doesn’t come back positive. I would not advise attending this surgery as a woman. They will completely dismiss and misdiagnose you.

I've never had an issue with this practice - probably the only practice that hasn't let me down. You can book appointments online meaning you don't have to go through loads barriers to get seen or reveal sensitive information in person. You can always get an appointment. The doctors actually refer you when you need it and prescribe you things. Some of the staff really go above and beyond as well and make a lot of effort to make you feel comfortable. I've just moved from here to a small village and the difference in quality is incomparable. The receptionists at Victoria were always really nice too and always made an effort to accommodate you.

Me and my husband have been patients here for a long time. The reception staff are really helpful and polite. Dr Ronke is amazing, I can't say enough good things about her, she's the best Dr I've ever seen, I probably wouldn't be here if it hadn't been for her. Annie the nurse is brilliant, you couldn't ask for better. Both are so patient and caring, I'm so glad their there.

My wife and I have used this surgery for about 3 years and have always had very good experiences. Get regular blood readings for ongoing conditions and have been promptly referred for scans etc. on occasions anything was concerning. Take health concerns seriously when we have any. Since I mostly go for blood tests I'll specifically mention Francesca Woodhead who is friendly and very skilled at taking samples quickly and without any pain.
