   £82 for Checkup + X-RAY!!!! Was only expecting to pay £52 which is ridiculous enough anyway, but added a hidden charge of £30 at the end for an X-RAY I didn't know I had to pay for, and didn't even need. Disgusting.

   I'm relatively new to Lichfield Dental Care, having been recommended when a baby tooth fell out - long after such things should happen. Mr Sabzevari arranged for an implant. I was so impressed with his courtesy, professionalism and his attention to detail that I switched from my previous dentist. My first checkup was performed with the same courtesy and thoroughness, so I feel I've made the right decision.

   Told me I needed a filling. Went to a different dentist for another opinion. Turns out I actually didn’t need one and I have a lovely smile. The dentist here made me feel unwelcome and was so rude towards me. Also when I was younger I had to have a baby tooth removed for braces. They thought it was a good idea to leave half of my tooth still in my mouth so I had to pull it out myself. Really wouldn’t recommend and now they’re private.

   My 10 year old son was in a lot of pain and in tears because of a stubborn tooth that needed extracting. LDC wouldn’t see him, in fact the receptionist told him to pull it out himself!! so we took him to another dentist who was very attentive and made time for him between appointments. It turns out there was an infection in the tooth, which might have been much worse had we waited another day. Very poor service from this dentist on this occasion.

   My wife and I have been private patients at Lichfield Dental Care for over 10 years. For someone who put off regular dental checks for many years, LDC became a haven of calm and warmth for dental treatment which could convert the most phobic amongst us to actually enjoying a trip to the dentist/hygienist. I now have quarterly hygienist appointments with the amazing Helen and regularly 6 monthly checks with Dr Sabzevari affectionately known as The Boss. I always enjoy a quick banter with both. They are most welcoming and charming with tremendous experience and knowledge of their craft. I would wholeheartedly recommend LDC for the treatment alone but the front of house and dental nurse support is the icing on the welcoming cake of excellent dental care in and around Lichfield. Lisa, Lynsey, Michelle, and Tania to name but a few are most welcoming and affable. They complete a most professional package in a team anyone would be proud of in business. Don't procrastinate....    After being with the practice for 40 years I now have to find a new dentist. No communication was provided by the practice that I was being removed from its list. No communication from the practice to re booked appointments that were missed on their part. They are quick to criticise patients that miss appointments but don't hold themselves to account when they do. Its shocking to be treated like this after so many years. Long gone are the days of real care, its all about making a profit !!!!!

   Being terrified of the Dentist, I always struggle settling in a dentist chair, however Farhanaz Mirzaie and the nurse were super patient and explained everything that was happening and what to expect. Made this trip to the dentist a very positive experience. Many thanks for your patience and understanding; would highly recommend to anyone who has a fear like mine .

   The most thorough clean that I've ever had (hygienist appointment), the ladies really took time and attention to my needs; no pain or sensitivity during the treatment, whereas I have always experienced this in the past. Tania was very pleasant on reception! Worth every penny. I've re-booked in three months' time (I wear a brace; I was not pressured to make a second appointment). 1st time patient at this practice. I'll add that the practice was very easy to locate straight off the A38.

   Mr Sabzevari has been my dentist since the practice opened and I have total confidence in him. I am a nervous patient and he is always kind and considerate, taking as much time as is needed to explain what needs doing and to answer questions. I value his advice. Treatment received has always been excellent. The atmosphere at the practice is calm and cheerful and I've never had a problem getting an appointment. The dental hygienist at the practice is also excellent, very professional and thorough. I would recommend the practice to anyone.
