   I bought some shoes online which I went to return to this store as it clearly says on the website I can return to any store. I went to the store where there were two staff members a man and a woman who were being rude and dismissive as soon as I went in. The man stood in front of the till blocking my way, I then asked him to move so that I could put my returns on the till desk. He then sighed and moved to the other side of the counter, and he started to look at the items. He then saw some of the items and stated: ‘these are branded shoes can you go to the Kilburn store or the Wembley store as we don’t take these brands’. I then stated that online it says I can return to any store and this is the closest store to me. He then sighed again and started scanning the items. Midway through this the female member of staff came up to me and very rudely said: ‘your return is taking too long can you move so I can serve the other customer’. She then started serving the other customer and while serving us they were both talking to each other in their own language while completely ignoring basic customer service and manners towards customers. I found this really uncomfortable as I could not understand what they were taking about and if they were saying something about me. I then wanted to see some shoes for my son but the lady refused to go and check if there were any sizes stating that all the sizes they had in stock were already there, she then said I could order it online if I wanted to. She then stated very rudely that I should make sure I put all the shoes that I am looking at back into the correct places, and then she sighed and walked off. I was absolutely appalled at this service at this store, I have been to many shoe zone stores before and have never encountered such disappointing service. I felt so uncomfortable and felt like I was a burden for stepping into the store. If the staff members cannot show basic customer service then this is not the correct job for them. No one should experience such service anywhere.

   Good prices, and lots of choice. Favourable for people with children at school. If you've got two or more children attending school, you'll be amazed at how you are able to buy affordable shoes for their school and day to day wear.

   Parking is non existent in the area. The staff are unhelpful and not knowledgible with regards to the products they sell. The most popular sizes of shoes etc always appear to be out of stock, and larger sizes for men are sometimes difficult to find, as they only stock to a certain size

   Budget shoe shop..quite a few of such shops on local high streets of towns and cities...I got lucky when I checked it out...Today I bought those martial arts black soft canvas flat sole shoes/slippers with a black rubber sole with a very soft feel ...only £5.00. I have looked for these shoes/slippers for a very long time and now just as I look around I see them and I am feeling dumbfounded. My first ever visit to such a shop and I get lucky.. I wore these slippers in my young days and always remembered how comfortable they felt. Hope you pay a visit and hope you will also get lucky. The shop does not sell famous brands but you might find something if you go in with an open mind...and your purchase will not set you back too much either. Good luck.
