   We have been visiting Marie for years - and have always been happy with the service. She takes her time making sure our kids get the right shoes, and all her products are of great quality. Where we needed a specific type of shoe (on the recommendation of a podiatrist) for our child that she didn't have, there was no attempt to hard sell on something she did have in stock, just gracious guidance on the specific type of shoe she'd recommend to buy elsewhere. A great local business.

   This seems to be the only place left in London where you can get your child’s feet properly measured and assessed for the right shoes. I sat back and watched Marie bring out the loveliest shoes, after she had measured my daughter’s feet and assessed her tastes. Bang on. And good advice to boot. Marie is a true professional (and brilliant with kids) and I’m so grateful to her.

   After the shop had a long closing period for Christmas and after looking at their Facebook page for when they reopen I went with my little boy and my mum to buy his first shoes. The shop was closed, no one answering the phone and nothing on their Facebook page about them not being open. Waited for 10 minutes and tried to call again, nothing. Will go to Clarkes instead.

   Marie has looked after my son who has special needs for many years. Marie is so understanding and her expertise has been a godsend. I am confident that my son has shoes that are correctly fitted, are sensible and suit his needs. The shoes are of a high standard, well made and sustain everyday use! With Marie’s advice, I know when to come back and check my son’s size as he can’t tell me if his shoes are too tight. Thank you so much Marie. X
