Had a great laser hair removal appointment with Laurivania. She was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly before starting. The session was comfortable, hygienic, and I felt completely at ease throughout. She took her time and made sure I was okay. Really happy with the experience and would 100% recommend her! ❤️
Unfortunately I’ve experienced problems with Tearthrough fillers with Dr Anam : a quite obvious Tyndall effect, especially under the left eye, which left me with blue reflects and a swelling effect. According to the practitioner who proceeded to the Hyaluronidase injection for correction in Berlin (who is also the one who had done my wonderful previous tear through injections 6 and 3 years ago, this issue was caused by a poor injection technique : filler probably injected too superficially or in too big quantities. Dr Anam doctor had warned me about the risks, but it was my 3rd tear through filler injection (the 2 first ones were done by my practitioner in Berlin, also the one I solicited for correction) and everything always went well until this time (so I know that this technique can have mind blowing results while done correctly). I purposely choose to not come back to Therapie Clinic for correction and support and fly to Berlin instead because my trust in Therapie Clinic doctors is now completely lost and my regrets of choosing this clinic for geographical convenience are deep. The two stars are given to support the kind staff and the what seem to be the irreproachable hygiene of the place.
Gemma was lovely!!! Caring & Considerate and really helps you feel relaxed. I was really nervous and she was informative and honest. I felt confident and at ease in her hands. I would 100% recommend to family and freinds and anyone reading my review.. You will not regret it your in the no1 place for treatment. Therapie are professional and welcoming and really care. Bad customer service. Only had 2 appointments but staff have been generally unfriendly and a bit judgmental at this branch of Therapie clinic. On my most recent appointment I had to take my top off and at the end of the session before I put my top back on the lady treating me opened the door of the treatment room onto a corridor of treatment rooms whilst I was still sat there in my bra
Having to write this as I am being completely ignored for weeks on end by Therapie. They cancelled my very first appointment (of a course I had purchased) with 3hrs notice when I had planned my whole week around the appointment. When I then requested to cancel my course I have been completely ignored, days on end have gone by with no response to my request. Right now I feel like Therapie have stolen my money and are refusing (or just plain ignoring) my requests to give me a refund. Outrageously they are referring to THEIR cancellation policy…when I wasn’t the one who cancelled my appointment. Just shocking customer service. I really hope by writing this that firstly you give me my money back and secondly that you think twice about treating another customer like this Therapie. Shameful business.
I cannot recommend this place enough! Laser hair removal is so worth it. I have only done a few sessions (opted for 10 sessions) and can already see results! When I turn up for appointments, the staff have always been so kind. Mai is lovely and offered the best advice during the first consultation, the manager is always very helpful and Saba and Chantelle are friendly, professional and fantastic laser specialists. It really makes it easier when you have great staff that make you feel comfortable! :)
Muireann was extremely patient and provided me with all the information I needed prior to treatment. She also found time to book me in despite her busy schedule. She is a great asset to the business and I hope she is recognised for the great job she does. The clinic looks very clean and welcoming and the lasers are medically graded.
I’ve only had 1 appointment so far so I can’t comment on results just yet but Saba is an absolute professional, answered any questions I had and was extremely helpful and lovely. Could not recommend her enough - she’s the only laser technician I’ll go to! Would highly recommend - the clinic is also lovely and clean.
