Pauline has been lovely. She alleviated my worries about the process, is understanding about missing appointments (as long as you inform her you are likely to miss it), and is transgender friendly. As long as she is available I will continue to use her services, I have no need to look for another electrolysis clinic.

Although I travel 60 miles for my appointments, I find Pauline's attention to comfort and expert precision in my electrolysis to be well worth the journey. PCOS sufferer- Having spent many months trying to battle my excessive hair growth, I finally found a miracle- PAULINE! Pauline is a very lovely, experienced lady who has made me feel extremly at ease from the first moment we met. I was nervous at first as I had read so many stories about electrolysis hurting alot, however I tried it and WOW I was pleasantly surprised. It really did not hurt me. There are very few times it feels like a tiny pinch or flick sensation but that is it, I'd say the occasional hair causes mild discomfort, but not even enough to make me bat an eyelid! I could literally fall asleep! Pauline's treatment room is lovely, very clean and professional, it's just a fantastic service from a wonderful skilled lady! Thank you Pauline! X
With Pauline the experience has been amazing, I could literally fall asleep from the relaxing vibe (spa music/whatever music you want, she has an Alexa, the lovely smells and the way she treats you). I've also purchased skin care for £22 (a whole kit with eye cream too) and it works amazingly, skin feels refreshed and it compliments the electrolysis very nicely. Honestly if I could give 10 stars I would.oh and the price is really good as well.
Pauline is a lovely and friendly person. She is absolutely skilled and professional and got several years of experience. I'm very happy with the treatment and it doesn't hurt at all, as she use a very advanced technology machine. I had a trial on my upper lips area as well and I was very impressed. The room is relaxing and clean, she pay lots of attention to hygiene and to use sterile tools and she always has a good advice or answer for any skin problem or question or whatever concern. I couldn't recommend a better expert.
Great advice and full makeover by a friendly professional beautician that took less than half a day and I learnt so much. I’ll be returning for more style upgrades going forward. Also had electrolysis sessions and Pauline is such an accomplished electrologist as well as beautician. There is a relaxing atmosphere in the treatment room and the process has transformed my outlook. Highly recommend both services.
